We bought our new home via Marble Properties and from start of the process Georgiana was always looking after us, making sure our new home was right for us as well as looking after their seller, very important. Unfortunately, on the day of our move the moving company we had weren’t helpful! So, we phoned the office asking for help, immediately Lucy came to give her support and suddenly our moving company were accommodating! House selling and buying isn’t easy but it’s those little things as mentioned above which help to calm those waves, knowing you’re not alone, no matter how many times you ask for help! Marble are an excellent manager of our tenancy. They inspect the property taking photographs. Any things that need attention are identified and appropriate traders identified and action agreed to get it rectified. We have had a damp problem that has been assessed and a plan put in place to make repairs.
