Lucy has worked within the industry locally for over a decade and came to join Marble as our Branch Manager in 2022. Having worked her way up through every position within Estate Agency, there’s nothing she can’t help with! With a passion for excellent customer service and experience within both the corporate and independent estate agency worlds, Lucy has been a fantastic addition to the team!
Kirsty Samson CeMAP
Director Land & Development
A talented land finder and project manager for residential schemes, Kirsty has a history in residential estate agency and the property development industry in the East Midlands. In that time, she has successfully introduced opportunities to developers and contributed to their success and profitability. Outside of the property industry, Kirsty has had a successful career in Sales & Marketing Management with a variety of PLC’s and household names.
Donna Rogers
Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer
Donna joined us in June 2023, she previously gained an abundance of experience working with a corporate estate agent, and is now proving a great asset with her 'can do' attitude and passion for excellent customer service. On the personal front Donna enjoys spending time with her children and grand children, whilst making plans for her own wedding later this year.
Annabel Humprhreys
Lettings Negotiator
Property is in Annabel's blood, being part of a family dynasty that specialises in property matters and joins us having previously worked for Agents in Loughborough. Responsible for property visits, viewings and the letting process from application to move in. Annabel lives locally and enjoys travel and horse racing.
David Mowatt
Property Manager
David has previously worked in the property industry for over 25 years! His motto is to always take care of our properties like they’re his own and having previously been a landlord himself, you’re in very safe hands! Since joining us David has added value by developing a project management side to our business, repairing and improving properties on behalf of our Landlords. In his spare time, David enjoys a round of golf and relaxing with his partner and their 2 cats.
Jane Askam
Accounts Manager
Jane joined the Marble team in March 2022 as our Accounts and Office Manager. She has over 30 years’ experience of accounts in both the professional and commercial arena. Out of the office, Jane is a keen gardener and loves nothing more than enjoying her home grown produce at the table. She also has a passion for brass bands and plays solo cornet with a band based in Derby.
Bill Shepherd
Domestic Energy Assessor
Bill has spent all of his previous working life in engineering both here in the UK and overseas. On his return to the UK he qualified as Domestic Energy Assessor, providing EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) and produce floorplans for the clients of the company. As part of a wider service to our clients he carries out Retrofit Assessments and Green Home Grant Inspections as well as offering Energy Saving Advice.
Bill and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren, holidays in the sunshine and playing most sports and sailing whenever time allows.
Castle Donington girl, Laura, was an in-house member of the Marble team from 2016-2018, providing full support across all three departments. In 2019, she started her own business providing freelance commercial photography services, including drone photography and virtual tours. Laura has now been our sole photographer since 2020, showcasing properties and land in their best light for our vendors and landlords. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks with her dog and watching live music.

Michelle has worked in all aspects of Financial Services for over 20 years, and being a mortgage broker for 14 of those years, Michelle still loves every minute of the job. She loves helping people achieve their housing goals whether it’s a first time buyer and making their dreams come true, or a remortgage to save money. Mortgage advice doesn’t stop there, it’s also about helping people keep their home should anything serious happen, knowing that it gives them that peace of mind.
Victoria Warden
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Victoria has 21 years Financial Services experience, specialising in mortgages since 2007. Using her industry and local knowledge she is equipped to advise our buyers and vendors on their mortgage and protection options and tailor-make recommendations, assisting from initial agreement in principle through to completion.
