Marble Property Services was established 20 years ago by our Managing Director Steve Thrower in 2005, when a local builder discussed their need to buy more land, as well as innovative methods of marketing new homes. The business quickly expanded and found itself in high demand, with not only builders, but also home owners turning to Marble Property Services to provide the same high level of service in selling, letting or managing their properties.

In 2019 the business re-visited its roots, creating a division dedicated to landowners, property investors and developers. The team offer a cost effective range of services for clients who want to maximise the potential of their assets in the Land & Development market. In a relatively short space of time the team have been successful in supporting clients, selling land with and without planning permission, helping landowners to promote their land through the planning process and acting for builders of all sizes in providing market intelligence. All of this is to help maximise the value of their assets.
